You will be prorated for the current month and billed on the first of every month automatically. 
If you leave mid-month, we will not prorate you -you are billed for the entire month.
We only accept checks and credit cards 
 
Move-Out Procedure:
Let us know if you plan to move out before you move out.
Take a photograph of your unit open with the unit number visible and upload it to the portal. Then Close the unit
There should be NO TRASH inside or outside the unit.
You must call and request us to review the photograph so we can take you off of recurrent billing.
We do NOT supply a dumpster
